The internal Senior High School Examination (SSCE) reports have been published by the National Examinations Council (NECO).
This year, the number of applicants who earned five points and beyond has risen by two percent in all subjects.
12 schools were also de-recognized by NECO for their role in mass theft and malpractice events.
This was confirmed at the NECO headquarters in Minna by the registrar, Professor Godswill Obioma.
Obioma said the de-recognized schools include four schools in Adamawa, two in Kaduna, two in Kastina, two in Niger, one in Taraba and one in FCT.
