HOW TO MANAGE SIBLINGS RIVALRY

Must Read

Motherhood is the longest journey on earth that can never end. It is one of the most important jobs in the world and it can also be one of the life experiences.

Small children are engaging, affectionate, entertaining, curious, full of life, and fun to be around.

For adults, parenting provides profound and unique benefits unequaled by any other area in life.

According to experiential knowledge, motherhood is dutiful and demanding which has no formula, degree, or standard principles on how to nurture a child.

However, experts have given tips or ways to manage siblings rivalry. Rivalry is inevitable but manageable.

Guideline 1: Count your kids with the magic number. 1, 2, 3 before 4 they should be able to keep quiet from any tantrum.

Guideline 2: Never ask the world’s two most ridiculous questions- what happened? and who started it?

Guideline 3: Don’t expect an older child to act more mature during a fight than a younger one.

Guideline 4: Be conscious and never be emotional when passing your judgments.

Guideline 5: Treat kids fairly — not equally. For parents, fairness is essential, but fairness doesn’t always mean equality. Punishments and rewards should be tailored to your children’s individual needs. For example, you don’t have to give two children the same gifts. Instead, give them different gifts suited to their ages and interests. That kind of fairness will go a long way.
