Katy Perry is officially the first person to reach 100 million followers on social network twitter.
Katy Perry beat her biggest rival Taylor Swift, who is behind Perry with 85.1 million followers.
Twitter honoured the achievement by providing Katy Perry with her own emoji a heart with “100M” written on it. They also released a video compilation of the stars best tweets.
