Olatunde Ojo has been confirmed by The National Assembly Service Commission (NASC) as the substantive Clerk to the National Assembly (CNA).
Ahmad Amshi (NASC Chairman) revealed The appointment in a statement.
Chinedu Akabueze is the substantive Clerk to the House of Representatives.
They had been in an acting capacity since July.
Other confirmed appointments include Bala Yabani as Deputy Clerk to NASS; Dauda Ladan as Clerk of the Senate; Yusuf Danbatta as Secretary to NASC; Orunwase Osaze as Secretary Human Resources and Staff Development.
Ademola Adebanjo as the Secretary Legal; Ramatu Ahmad as the Secretary Research and Information; Basir Hamza as the Secretary Health Service; Sani Tambuwal as the Secretary Health Services.
The rest of the National Assembly appointments are Aimua Ehikioya as Secretary Special Duties; Liman Sanda as Secretary Procurement, Estate and Works; Oladoyin Suraj as Secretary Inter-Parliamentary and Protocol; Iloba Ugochi asDeputy Clerk of Senate (Legislative).
Navati Illiya as the Deputy Clerk of the Senate (Administration) and Damzariya Himidu as Deputy Clerk of the House of Representatives.
The statement also revealed that all appointments were to take effect from September 30, except for Akabueze, whose appointment would take effect from November 25.
