Nigerian President Muhammadu Buhari joined Muslims all over the world to celebrate the 2020 Sallah, Eid El-Kabir at the Presidential Villa in Abuja.
On Friday, the President, his family and other top government officials observed the Sallah prayer within the Presidential Villa.
The prayer was taken by the Chief of Imam of the State House mosque, Abdulwaheed Sulaimann.
After which President Buhari witnessed the slaughtering of the Sallah rams and took part in family pictures.
All those who participated in the Sallah prayers at the Presidential Villa wore a face mask and maintained social distancing in line with the guidelines of the Presidential Task Force on COVID-19. This is why President Buhari and his family chose to celebrate Sallah in Aso Rock.
