On Wednesday evening a fire outbreak occurred at a market in Ajman an emirate in the United Arab Emirate.
No death was recorded but parts of the market completely collapsed and burned to the ground Skeikh Sultan bin Abdullah Al-Nuaimi said.
Immediately after the fire outbreak Authorities blocked off the area stating that investigations will be launched.
The fire broke out around 6:30 p.m. at the Iranian souq.
Several firefighters were dispatched to the scene and they took more than four hours to bring the blaze under control.
According to Workers at a neighboring market flames came from nowhere and quickly engulfed the area and sent thick plumes of black smoke into the air.
The patients at a nearby specialty Hospital was evacuated as a precautionary measure against the Ajman fire outbreak
Due to the global pandemic (Covid-19) the market had been closed for several months and there weren’t a lot of people nearby during the outbreak
