
A Federal High Court in Abuja has convicted two officials of the Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS), Mohammed Adamu and Okoro Eunice Udokanmma.
They were charged with falsification of tax documents.
Justice Inyang Ekwo yesterday convicted the two on the five counts contained in the charge marked: FHCABJ/CR/86/2010.
Ekwo held that the prosecution sufficiently proved its case against the defendants through its six witnesses and several exhibits tendered.
